- Yankees manager Aaron Boone went off in the post-game a few days ago, slamming his fists in frustration. In response, the Yankees just won four in a row! Do these tactics work or is there another variable to consider?
- Oneil Cruz, 23 year old Pirates shortstop, just hit the hardest ball ever recorded in MLB history, a few months after setting the hardest recorded assist by an infielder. Is there anything this guy can’t do, and should the Pirates sign him to a long term deal now before he develops into a superstar?
- Albert Pujols is currently doing something that no other 42 year old, and only a handful of players in MLB history, have done during the month of August. His 1.467 OPS in August shows that Albert still has some gas left in the tank as he closes in on 700 career homeruns.
- The MVP race is always a fun debate, but this year, two players stand alone. Paul Goldschmidt and Aaron Judge are both having the best years of their careers and are running away with the MVP titles.
